Braemar is an ideal centre for everyone. For the more active you can refer to the large wall map of the area in the entrance hall for walking and climbing routes. We do ask all walkers and climbers to leave details of their routes etc for that day, before they set off. There a lot of lovely walks round the Braemar area for the less adventurous and we have route maps and can give advice on these. For skiers and bikers we can store skis in the safely of the garage and we have a drying room for dry wet gear.

Golf is very popular and Braemar Golf course is very close by. John being match and handicap secretary at the golf club is always ready to ‘talk’ golf and he can help organise tee times etc for the visiting golfers.

Braemar also has many interesting shops to visit and restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, home baking, snacks or a sumptuous meal.
